You can pause our fraud blocking service with our "Monitoring Only Mode."
When this is enabled, we pause the sending of bad IP addresses to your Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts. In addition, we remove any bad IPs that were added to your IP exclusions in Google or Meta.
Here are steps to pause our service:
Login to your Fraud Blocker account: https://app.fraudblocker.com/login
Go to your "Customizations" page: https://app.fraudblocker.com/integrations/google-ads-setup
Turn on the "Monitoring Only Mode" (this change will autosave)
When "Monitoring Only Mode" is enabled, we will continue to monitor your website visitors and provide reporting data. Your subscription will continue as usual; we do not provide the ability to pause your subscription or change your billing period.
