Changing your plan to upgrade or downgrade quick and easy.
Simply go to your Subscription management area in your Account and then follow the steps below.
If you upgrade, then your plan will be updated immediately and reflect the additional clicks that you’ve selected. You will be charged the difference in the amount you already paid at the beginning of your billing period with the amount for the new plan (see the 3rd screenshot below for an example). This immediate upgrade ensures that your fraud protection services won’t be disrupted.
If you downgrade, then your plan will continue at the current level until the next billing period begins and then it will switch to the lower plan. For example, if you have a monthly plan that was last renewed on January 15 and you downgraded on January 30 then your new plan will start on February 14 (when the billing period ends).
