I cannot connect to my Google Ads account

If you are experiencing trouble connecting, check these common issues:

I see an "unable to fetch" error:

Steps to fix this error:

  • Click the "Remove Connection" button to reset our database for that particular domain name.

If that doesn't work, we can reset your oAuth connection and that should resolve the issue. Please contact us to proceed with this option.

I'm connected, but I'm not seeing any traffic from my Google Ads campaigns in my dashboard.

Not seeing ad clicks in your dashboard could be caused by a few issues:

  1. Did you add our tracking script to the landing page you're using?

  2. Is the calendar date selected as "today" (to ensure you're seeing the latest data)

  3. Are you running campaigns that don't go to your website such as call-only campaigns or Gmail ads? We need your users to go to your website. Here's a list of the ones we support.

  4. Do you have any redirects in place? In other words, do the final URLs in your ads then redirect to another URL such as example.com/lander then redirects to example.com/different-lander. This is not best practices for Google Ads and can break our tracking.
