I cannot connect to my Google Ads account

If you are experiencing trouble connecting, check these common issues:

I see a "Refresh Token" error:

Steps to fix this error:

  1. Turn off any ad blockers

  2. Try in an incognito version of Chrome or Edge browser (this provides a fresh cache and cookie store)

  3. Confirm that the password to your Google account is correct

  4. Log out, log back in and try again.

I see an "unable to fetch" error:

I'm connected, but I'm not seeing any traffic from my Google Ads in my dashboard.

In order to track properly, we need to see Google's default tracking parameters. These can be added manually or by selecting "Auto-tagging" in the "Admin" area of your Google Ads account:
