Steps to check your connection to Google Ads:
There are two ways to know if you've connected to Google Ads correctly:
You should see "Connected" next to the Google Ads account you selected in the "Setup" area:
You can also check your connection is correct by going to your account "Dashboard" and selecting the domain name you'd like to check. Look for the status displayed at the top. If connected correctly, a green "Protecting" indicator will appear next to the Google Ads icon. If you do not see this, then please recheck your connection or contact us (see screenshot below).
You can also check your connection is correct by going to your account "Overview" page. Scroll down to "Domain Summary" and look for gray "Not Connected" indicators adjacent to the domain name you'd like to check. If connected correctly your visitor data will appear and the blue Google Ads icon will be shown. If you do not see this, then please recheck your connection or contact us (see screenshot below).
